We move the furniture, remove the old floor, prep, install, set the baseboards and put everything back.
Whole rooms and whole floors. Choose from our catalog of carpet, plank, tile and hardwood, see samples at your measure, or supply your own material and we install it.
Bedrooms, living rooms, stairs and closets. Old carpet and pad out, new pad and carpet in, seams placed where you will not see them. We recommend pad weight for pets and traffic.
Main living areas, kitchens, laundry rooms and baths. Waterproof, pet-friendly and quiet underfoot. We level low spots first so planks lie flat and stay locked.
Kitchens, dining rooms, baths, laundry and entries. Demo, grinding and self-leveling where the slab needs it, then set, grouted and sealed. Appliances and water heaters disconnected and reset.
Living areas, bedrooms and halls. Engineered or solid, nail-down, glue-down or floating. Once the old floor is out we check the slab for moisture and flatness before any board goes down.

Within 24 hours of the measure visit, usually the same evening. We measure, the quote is built same day and it goes to your inbox. If anything in your home is unusual, the quote says so in plain words instead of burying it.
Yes. We can quote labor and prep only, and we tell you how much to buy. We do not warrant client-supplied material, and it needs to be on site two days before install day.
Included. We move the furniture, remove and haul the old floor, and put everything back. You clear shelves, countertops and small items.
We cannot see the subfloor until the old floor comes out, so your quote includes a prep allowance based on what is visible at the measure. After demo we inspect it. If it needs more than the allowance covers, we show you photos and a price before any more work happens. No surprises on the final bill.
One to two days for carpet or a bedroom of LVP, two to three days for a main living area, three to five days for hardwood, up to a week for a tiled kitchen with prep. We give you the exact days on the quote.
We install whole rooms and larger. Carpet patching and stretching, small repairs, and sanding or refinishing existing hardwood are not something we offer; we are happy to point you to someone who does.
